Customer Service

My goal is to give the best customer service to my clients as possible.  I will work hard to meet all of my clients needs, and I will do what I can to have the best availabilty to them.  For sellers I will do whatever it takes to sell your house.   Advertise, open houses, flyers, and any other marketing techniques which I think will help you sell your house as quickly and efficiently as possible.  I will also be open to listening to any ideas that you have.  For buyers I will look often in the MLS, so that I can find houses you may want view  The MLS is the system that Realtors use to search for houses.  I will also offer patience with the buying process.  This is a big decision!  It would not be good service to rush you into purchasing a home that you may not be 100% sure about.   For both buyers and sellers once we get a contract, then I will work both quickly and efficiently to get this deal to a successful closing.  Also my title company (Summit Title) will also work quickly/efficiently for you as well.  So if you want someone who will work hard to give you the best service possible, then I am the agent that you will want to hire!

Mortgage Options

I have relationships with a few different mortgage brokers, so I will work hard to find you both the right mortgage company and loan that works best for you.   FHA, VA, 100%, or whatever type of loan you may want I know I can find the right one for you!  If you have any questions about getting a loan, or you want to find a loan officer to help you.  Then please contact me, and I will get to work on helping you with your financing needs! 

$250 Gift Certificates

I offer $250 gift certificates to both buyers and sellers.  I do this because I feel like giving something back to my clients.  So I thought rather than a gift like towels or other house warming gifts, that I would offer these gift certificates as token of my appreciation for my clients using me as their Realtor.  And this way they can pick out items they for sure want from the store of their choice.   Please check out my $250 Gift Certificate page for more details!
